How I help

I partner with CFOs and leadership teams to assess the current state of finance and management accounting. I audit company processes, particularly in manufacturing and sales. I design target management accounting models aligned with the company’s characteristics. I combine technical expertise with advisory support, ensuring that implementation translates into real business value. I connect my knowledge of management accounting and finance with SAP and ERP structures and capabilities, enabling me to deliver highly effective solutions.

Improving your cost and profit structure

Expose true cost and profit drivers, eliminate misleading cost distribution rules. Reveal real profitability of products, costumers.

Correct or fully design controlling and cost system reflecting the real cost flow and cause-effect relations. Designing cost models and cost driver structures (incl. ABC concepts).

Company and multi-entity organisations support. Replace fragmented local practices with consistent group controls, restoring transparency, comparability, and central oversight across entities.

Redesign or build a new controlling system that fully leverages the ERP solution. Advise and support companies during ERP implementation, safeguarding the delivery of best-in-class CO/FI/PP solutions. Combine strong practical knowledge of management accounting and finance with extensive SAP CO/FI and associated modules expertise.

Provide support in financial due diligence by analysing the company’s financial position, with a particular focus on production performance and cost of goods sold. Evaluate and audit actual cost structures and profitability, particularly within SAP-driven environments.
